Agreement to These Terms
Please read these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) carefully. By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. We recommend that you print a copy of this Agreement for future reference. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
This Agreement is between you and Kareway Products Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your use of the EPIELLE website located at epielle.com (the “Site”) and any related services, content, and features (collectively, the “Services”).
Wholesale, Bulk Purchases, and Resale
At this time, purchases made through the Services are intended for personal use. Orders intended for resale are only permitted when placed through an authorized wholesale or bulk purchasing program offered by Kareway Products Inc.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order that appears to be intended for unauthorized resale. For wholesale or bulk purchasing inquiries, please contact online@kareway.com.
Orders, Pricing, and Acceptance
Refunds and exchanges are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
You agree to pay all charges incurred through the Services, including applicable shipping, handling, and taxes, at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgments only and do not constitute acceptance of your order. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an order is canceled due to an error after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund and be notified accordingly.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders shipped to the address entered by the customer are considered correctly fulfilled once accepted and delivered by the carrier.
Orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or returns.
If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. Claims for non-receipt due to incorrect address entry, theft after delivery, or inability to retrieve the package from the delivery location are not eligible for refunds.
Any refund, replacement, or reshipment issued in such cases is made solely at the discretion of Kareway Products Inc.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@epielle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe. Processing times vary by financial institution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item, where eligible. If the gift was not marked as such, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
